Hi, I’m Brandi — a licensed therapist and someone who knows anxiety from the inside out. For years, anxiety shaped my life: racing thoughts, restless energy, and moments where even simple things felt overwhelming. Through my own healing journey and professional training, I learned how to calm my nervous system, create inner safety, and rebuild trust with myself.
